God voice generator: a deep, calm voice from above
A voice from above is one of the oldest tricks in storytelling: a nativity play, a fantasy game where a deity speaks to the hero, a comedy skit where the sky answers back, a D&D session with a god who finally shows up. It needs a voice that is very low, slow and completely calm, and a sound that seems to fill the room.

Voices for a voice from above
Zeus, Void Spirit, Elder Titan and Outworld Destroyer were recorded in Russian and may keep a slight accent in English; for a voice from beyond, that can even help.
- Zeus: low and unhurried, made for a deity’s proclamations.
- Void Spirit and Elder Titan: very low and measured, the voice of something ancient.

Voice a line free online
On the page of any voice, type a line of 30 to 100 characters, for example “I have watched this world since the first light. Listen.”, choose the language and press Voice it. In a few seconds you can listen and download the recording, with no account.
Write it calm, not loud
Read the line aloud slowly yourself: if it sounds like an order, make it quieter.
- Calm beats loud: skip the exclamation marks, the voice carries enough weight.
- Short sentences, as if every word mattered.
- Speak in the first person and to one listener: “I”, “you”.
- Leave silence between lines: voice them separately, since dots give only a short pause.
The huge, divine sound
The engine gives a clean voice, and the divine sound comes from your editor: lower the pitch a little, add a large hall reverb with a long tail, and layer a quiet copy of the same line an octave lower under the original. Respect and rights
A voice from above is a character in a story, a play or a game. If you voice scripture or a prayer for a congregation, say that the voice is synthetic, and never imitate a real religious leader.
