Jigsaw voice generator: your lines in the voice of the Saw tapes

A slow voice on a tape explaining the rules is the signature of Saw. SuperClonica has a fan-made AI voice in the manner of Jigsaw: type a line and hear it, free and without an account, or voice a whole tape message on your own computer.

The Jigsaw voice in the catalog

The voice was made from English recordings, so it sounds most natural in English: a slow, deliberate and unsettling male voice with a distorted edge. Like every voice, it also speaks the other 30 languages of Supertonic 3, with an English accent. It costs $2.99 once; the movies and series category has more voices.

Who voices Jigsaw

In the Saw films, starting with Saw in 2004, John Kramer, known as Jigsaw, is played by Tobin Bell, who also voices him in the Saw video game. The voice in our catalog is fan-made and is not the actor.

Voice a line free online

On the voice page, type a phrase of 30 to 100 characters, choose the language and press Voice it. In a few seconds you can listen and download the recording for your video or meme. No account is needed.

Write a tape like Jigsaw

A Jigsaw tape speaks straight to the listener: a greeting, what they did wrong, the rules of the game, a time limit and a choice. Keep the sentences formal and calm, and use commas and full stops for the slow pauses. For an escape room, record the rules as one line and each clue as a separate line.

Unlimited lines on your computer

For longer scripts, buy the voice once, download its file and install the free SuperClonica engine:

python -m pip install superclonica-cpu

Then voice a line with one command:

superclonica --text "I want to play a game." --voice jigsaw.json --lang en --output jigsaw.wav

It runs offline on an ordinary processor, with no character limit.

A fan voice, used fairly

This is a fan-made AI voice, not Tobin Bell, and it is not endorsed by the makers of Saw. Use it for Halloween videos, horror parodies, escape-room intros and memes within the SuperClonica terms. Never use it to frighten or threaten real people.
