MiSide Mita voice for fan videos and memes

MiSide, the 2024 indie horror game, turned Mita into one of the most recognizable characters of the year: sweet and homey on the surface, unsettling underneath. Fans make edits, comics with voice-over, memes and “what if” scenes, and they all need her voice.

The SuperClonica catalog has a Mita voice for the Supertonic 3 model. This guide shows how to test it free online, how to write lines that keep the cute-then-creepy contrast and how to voice whole fan scenes offline.

Mita in the catalog

Let the voice stay sweet and the text do the scaring: that is the whole trick of the character.

  • Mita: a high voice with calm intonation; an ordinary homey chat sounds cute.
  • The voice was recorded in Russian, so it sounds most natural in Russian; in other languages a slight accent can remain.
  • For a contrast scene: Pennywise or Night Stalker as other horror voices.

Voice a line free online

On the page of the voice, type a line of 30 to 100 characters, choose the language and press Voice it. In a few seconds you can listen and download the recording for your edit, with no account.

Cute first, creepy second

The calmer the delivery of a strange sentence, the creepier it lands.

  • Start with something homey: tea, a game, “you look tired today”.
  • Then one quiet line that does not fit: “You are not leaving, are you?”
  • Use ellipses for pauses and keep sentences short.
  • Try several takes with different --seed numbers offline, or several attempts online.

Whole fan scenes offline

For a whole fan scene, buy the voice once, download its file and install the free SuperClonica engine: python -m pip install superclonica-cpu. Voice each line with one command, for example superclonica --text "Let us play one more game. Just one more. You do not have anywhere else to be, right?" --voice mita.json --lang en --output mita.mp3, and edit the lines together in your video editor. It runs offline on an ordinary processor, with no character limit.

Fan voice, used fairly

This character voice is fan-made and not endorsed by the developers of MiSide or its voice actors. Use it for fan edits, memes and parody within the SuperClonica terms. Never present a clip as official game audio or as something a voice actor said, and never use it to frighten, deceive or harass real people.
