# Terms of use: rules for buyers and authors

SuperClonica terms of use: voice rights and consent, permitted use of purchased voices, crypto payments, refunds, voice commissions and complaints.

Rules for buyers, authors and everyone who uses the SuperClonica website and apps.

Effective October 20, 2026.

## In short

By using the SuperClonica website and apps, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the platform.

Only publish voices you have the rights to and the voice owner's consent for.

Do not use voices to deceive, defraud or impersonate another person.

Digital goods are not refundable after purchase.

## Account

You sign in with Google or GitHub and are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping the tokens of your connected computers safe. We may restrict or close an account that breaks these terms.

## Voices and authors’ rights

The author is responsible for uploaded recordings, covers and descriptions: they must hold the rights to them and the voice owner's consent.

A voice inspired by a real person does not mean that person took part in it or endorses it. Do not present such audio as their real words.

We may hide a voice that breaks these terms or that has received a valid complaint.

## Buying and using voices

A purchased model is for your own projects. Reselling or republishing someone else's model is not allowed.

Using voices for fraud, harassment, bypassing voice identity checks or any other illegal activity is prohibited.

Whoever creates audio is responsible for it and for how it is used.

## Payments and refunds

Prices are in US dollars. You top up your balance with cryptocurrency through NOWPayments; fees and payment methods are shown before you pay. The balance is spent on purchases and commissions on the platform. Digital goods are not refundable. If a payment went through but you did not receive the item, write to [support@superclonica.com](mailto:support@superclonica.com) and we will sort it out.

## Voice commissions

A commission's budget is held on the customer's balance and goes to the author once the result is accepted. If the parties cannot agree, the platform reviews the case and decides how to split the held funds.

## Author earnings

Sales proceeds, minus the platform fee, are credited to the author's balance in US dollars. Withdrawals are not available yet.

## Apps and training

The worker and the engine run on your computer. You are responsible for the hardware you run them on and for the recordings stored on it.

## Limitation of liability

The website and apps are provided “as is”. We work to keep everything running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.

## Complaints and questions

Send complaints about voices and questions about these terms to [support@superclonica.com](mailto:support@superclonica.com). We review every message.

## Changes

We may update these terms. A new version takes effect on the date shown on this page; by continuing to use the platform, you accept it.
