# Deep voice generator: low AI voices for text to speech

A deep voice makes a trailer, a villain’s monologue, a documentary intro or a calm voice-over sound serious and confident. A deep voice generator puts your text into such a voice in seconds, without a microphone or a radio studio.

The SuperClonica catalog has low male and female voices for Supertonic 3: commanding characters, neutral announcers and two free voices. This guide shows which voices are deep, how to write for them, how to slow the delivery down offline, and how to train your own deep voice.

## Deep voices in the catalog

The engine has no pitch setting: the depth comes from the voice’s reference recording, so the choice of voice is what matters.

- Saruman: deep and commanding, recorded in English.
- Severus Snape: low, clean and serious, recorded in English.
- Batman: a low timbre for whispers and threats, recorded in English.
- Zeus and Wraith King: low, unhurried, for proclamations and royal monologues.
- Pleasant Announcer and Business Male Voice: low male voices with no character, for instructions, presentations and voice-over.
- Trevor Philips (English) and Maya (a low female voice): both free.

## Voice a deep line free online

On the page of any voice, type a phrase of 30 to 100 characters, choose the language and press Voice it. In a few seconds you can listen and download the recording. Trevor Philips and Maya are free, and every other voice can be tried free in the same way. No account is needed.

## Write for a deep voice

Trailers and intros work best when every line is a separate recording that you then edit together.

- Short declarative sentences: a deep voice sounds most confident when the sentence ends with a full stop.
- Few exclamation marks: the timbre already carries the weight.
- Commas for breathing pauses in longer lines.
- Test a whole paragraph, not just one phrase: each voice keeps its depth differently over a long text.

## Heavier delivery offline

For a series of lines, a podcast intro or a voice-over, buy the voice once, download its file and install the free SuperClonica engine: python -m pip install superclonica-cpu. Slowing the speech makes a deep voice heavier: the default speed is 1.05, so try superclonica --text "In a world where silence is golden, one voice remains." --voice saruman.json --lang en --speed 0.9 --output trailer.wav. It runs offline on an ordinary processor, with no character limit.

## Your own deep voice

If you have a deep voice, or a friend with a radio voice who agreed, record a clean phrase of 5 to 10 seconds, create a voice in the studio and train it on a computer with an NVIDIA graphics card; training on your own hardware is free. Without a suitable card, order the voice on the exchange from an author who trains it.
